To those families who completed the 2019-2020 season despite the COVID-19 challenges, rhythmENROLL is your opportunity to utilize your free registration fee! Any registrations submitted after June 2 must pay the full registration fee.

Enhanced Sanitation Practices and Social Distancing Guidelines

IMPORTANT SCHEDULING NOTE:
As social distancing guidelines continue to change, we will continue to pivot along with them.  As we get closer and have more specifics, class times may be altered by 10-15 minutes in either direction.

We will be offering a limited number of classes taught exclusively via Zoom. Virtual classes are being offered on a month-to-month basis and are subject to end or change at our discretion at any time. More details will be provided on these classes soon! 

Measures we will take to keep our dancers safe, if necessary:
- Limiting the number of dancers per class (based on age)
- Using exterior doors for entrances and exits
- Limiting foot traffic inside the studio lobby
- Potentially shifting the schedule to keep traffic between classes to a minimum and to allow for proper studio sanitizing
- Limiting use of handheld props for preschool classes
- All frequently touched surfaces will be sanitized between each class
- Dance floors will be marked to allow 6 feet of distance between dancers
- All dancers will use hand sanitizer as they enter and exit each class
- Temperatures of staff will be taken upon entrance
- Hands on training will be limited
- Dress codes will be simplified to avoid changing of clothes between classes
- Dancers will be limited to one average size dance bag or backpack and must keep them in the studio in a designated area

Registration Fee

$35.00 for first dancer and $25.00 each additional family member. Your non-refundable first full month (August) tuition is also due at the time of registration.

Twirl Preschool/Kindergarten Program

Twirl is our Trademarked preschool and kindergarten program at Rhythm! Rhythm Owners Becca Moore and Dani Rosenberg developed this awesome program, and it is now used in dance studios across the country! 

Twirl Classic (Twirl Pink, Twirl Lilac, Twirl Yellow, and Twirl Aqua and Twirl to the Max*) includes a reward ribbon for their dance bag, a super fun activity book, and a certificate of completion for each dancer at the end of the year. The Twirl Classic fee is $25.00. The Twirl Fee for Snazzy Jazzy, Fairytale Ballet, and Hip Hop Flip Flop is $15 per dancer and is due at registration. These classes include a fun bag tag and a certificate of completion at the end of the year.  

*Twirl to the Max is technically two back-to-back classes merged into one class, so tuition is for two classes. Dancers will perform two dances in the year-end show but will wear the same costume for both dances, so they will only have one costume fee.

Spotlight (Invitation Only)

Dancers selected for our Spotlight Program will have an additional $50 Spotlight fee due at registration. In addition, they attend one competition each year that requires an entry fee of approximately $55. 

Groove Mekanix (GMx)

Dancers selected for our GMx Crew will have an additional $75 GMx fee due at registration. In addition, they attend two competitions each year that require entry fees. 

Year-End Show

We produce an exciting year-end show with all dancers participating! This is an exciting finale to the dance season!  This is a very rewarding part of the season that everyone looks forward to and we encourage all dancers to participate. Fees associated with the Year-End show include: 

Year-End Show Costumes

Approximately $80-$130 each.  Payments are due by 12/10/20.  Costume payments are non-refundable.

Year-End Show Fee

$30 (per dancer) and is due with costume payment. This fee helps cover the costs associated with putting on the production, and includes a special year-end gift for each dancer.

Year-End Show Tickets

All tickets will need to be purchased. Dancers performing do not need a ticket. More information on Show Tickets, including when they will be available to purchase, will be included in the Year-End Show packet released mid-April. The ticket cost will be announced in the Spring when more of the show details come out! In order to ensure all dancers have the opportunity to have their immediate family watch them dance in the show, we may limit the number of tickets each family may purchase for a designated time period. After the designated time period, if tickets are still available, we may lift the limit and open ticket sales to everyone. 

Year-End Show DVD

You will have the opportunity to purchase a DVD for the show(s) in which your dancer(s) perform. More details will be released closer to show date!

Tuition Guidelines

Rhythm Dance Center tuition is based on an entire season of dance. Our season runs from August 10, 2020 - May 29, 2021. All dancers are required to pay for the entire season. Tuition is not based on the number of classes in a month or on attendance. There is NO refund for missed classes as we provide a make-up schedule.   

You may pay the entire season in full or divide it up into 10 equal monthly installments. The first installment is due at registration along with your registration fee, and this installment is non-refundable unless there is a government-mandated shutdown in place on August 10, 2020. In this case, this fee will convert into a tuition credit that will remain valid until August 9, 2021. The other installments are due the 1st of each month, September 2020 - May 2021, and will be automatically billed to the card on file on the 1st of each month.  

All monthly tuition payments, Year-End Show costume payments, and Year-End Show fees will be auto-drafted to the card on file. Tuition is due on the first of every month and will be auto-drafted on the first of each month. You will be emailed a receipt after your tuition is auto-drafted. Year-End Show costume payments and Year-End Show fees will be auto-drafted on December 10, 2020.   

If you opt to pay the entire season in full prior to August 10, 2020, you will receive a 5% discount. Please note: If you pay your dancer’s tuition for the full year and then withdraw from classes for any reason (loss of interest, school obligations, injury, illness, etc.), a 30% penalty will be applied to your refund for the remainder of the year. We suggest you only pay the year in full if you are 100% confident your dancer will participate fully in the entire season. If for any reason we provide a tuition discount during one or more months of the season, this discount will not apply to prepayments. No further discounts are available.

RECEIPT OF PAYMENT: You will not receive a billing statement or invoice prior to any charges, however, you will receive a receipt of payment each month after the auto-draft.

LATE FEE: If your card on file is declined, an alternate payment must be made within 48 hours. A $15 Late Fee will be charged for any payments not made in full by the 5th of the month. This includes declined charges for cards on file for any reason.  

RETURNED CHECK FEE: $25.
