3 Phrases to Describe my Dance Background are:

1. I grew up in the competitive dance world after being a competitive gymnast.

2. Started teaching hip hop classes at the age of 16 in South Florida and continued to do so while attending UCF.

3.  I have taught and choreographed for studios and teams around Georgia and the country in hip hop, jazz, and pom. I love sharing my passion for dance with students from all different places, but really cherish being able to teach regularly at home with my Rhythm family.

Rhythm Role: I am teaching Middle & High School Hip Hop this season and launching Groove & Gather at Rhythm! This will be different from a regular adult class as it is our new Social Dance Club! We will be breaking it down in the studio and also connecting and performing out in the community!

Fun fact: I learned how to drive a boat before learning how to drive a car.

When not at Rhythm, I am planning fun events, workshops, classes, and travel for Groove & Gather! I also work in an elementary school as a PE Paraprofessional. I LOVE to keep busy! But when I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband (Jeff), son (Aaron), dog (Sparrow) and my parents who live close by. I enjoy traveling, cooking, crafting, working out, being with friends, the sun, and doing things around Atlanta!
